One of my house mates is moving back to Australia in about a month (14th June) because of Visa issues so we'll have a room available in my house.

It's a three bed house with a bathroom, plus a second toilet, large lounge and a large kitchen diner and a box room. There would realistically be room for maybe three more bikes before it started getting too crowded. We've got a parking space in a private car park and a small, unkemp backyard too.

The room is at the back on the top (second) floor, so it's pretty quiet. Room is - I would say - average size. I'd prefer not to have a couple in there (although obviously we're not going to stop people's boy/girlfriends visiting for a few nights a week) as I enjoy the quite ludicrous (by London standards) amount of space we have.

Rent is £520 a month plus bills, which will work out to be something like £620 a month on average I think (no council tax in Feb and March, less gas in the summer, etc). We've got home contents, but you'll potentially have to sort your own cycle cover (I think that my bikes are pushing the limit of what they'll cover on the policy).

Deposit is £400 I think.
