Poor bloke, he is confused about which website is which, they both have NJS in the title and are both hosted at blogspot, is this really the best you can offer him ?!
;P

"I like the one with wheels"

Yeah, dunno why I thought they were the same, brain fade obviously!
Did talk to blogspot about some parts, as I was gonna be in Japan, but I
didn't have time to go over.NJS export looks like they do much more used gear.

rene is really nice, very fast response time+ shipping.
I'd go with him.(rene = njsframes)

Yeah, that was my thinking.
Frame is coming together well Henry, SBB(Matt) showed me wheel building at the weekend, top bunch in that house, so a big thank you to them all. Hope to get it on the road in a week or so... depending on part arrivals and sourcing! -

it's pretty much all used.
esp. the frames. i think the only way to get new njs frames is to be a japanese pro keirin rider.
although you do see the occasional new one on those sites... -

Gonna post another dumb question under this post now, but how do you order stuff?
Do I email Rene first to confirm he has what I want, then send him payment? -

Do I email Rene first to confirm he has what I want, then send him payment? That is indeed what you do - send him an email saying what you want to buy, check its in stock and the details of it, and then he will work out shipping and the like, get back to you with a total and you can paypal him the money. A very nice chap he is too.
EDIT - d'oh too slow

I got my frame from these guys aweek ago. Really helpful guy called Gabe(based in NYC) runs it but I assume he has a mate in Japan that deals with sales

pistanator ...i'm waiting on a big bundle of parts..
ordered around a week agoi have had problems with parcel force or whoever holding the goods till the tax was paid though ...could it be that?
-
• #23
Hi Slowbot. Not sure it's down to Parcelforce cos I ordered a frame from Japan the same day as I ordered the rims from Rene(April 25th)
The frame arrived at Mitcham depot April 30th.
I monitored the tracking online and picked it up.
Rene has not given me a tracking number and he's not replying to my emails asking for one -

i caught him on sunday only briefly ...but he wasnt at his office so couldnt give me the tracker..
probably gonna email him tomorrow... I dont think there is anything sinister going on, thats for sure.
ill let you know if i get hold of him.

He emailed me Saturday with a list of what parts he had, so I then replied to say what i wanted exactly, just waiting a reply. Cheers all.
ok, for some reason I thought these were the same place, in fact they might vbe, but probably not! I used to look at parts etc a lot on this site...
http://njs-keirin.blogspot.com/
Then searching on my phone I got this page, and thought it was a redesign of the other site...
http://njsframes.blogspot.com/
So has anyone bought parts from these (or this) site/s? I know this might seem a rambling post, but I was thinking of buy some parts, then couldn't decide if they are the same place...
