Is there a derisory term other than "slow" used for someone who you comfortably pass who then then gets all suicidal/homicidal jumping red lights and racing across loaded pedestrian crossings as they attempt to keep up/pass

I always reply with something I think witty, and realise without the reader seeing my grin it could easily come across as being very rude.

I said at the lights 'I can't keep up with you' and then disappeared into the distance... in front.
