Not allowed to download things at work, that said I can't see video at work either, should I just assume that my IT dept will take care of this or let them know to get it sorted? Don't really want them looking into my net usage if possible :-)

Because it's Flash, it's cross-browser, cross-platform. It's a major vulnerability and pretty much everyone is vulnerable. It can expose your whole PC and anything on it to a hacker.
