Man down on Rosebery Avenue

Any one know anything about the accident on Rosebery Avenue at around 8.15 this morning?

There was a lot of smashed glass on the floor but I couldn't tell which vehicle had been the offending obstacle. That was likely due to the police van and glass being my main concern at the time.

I did see a cyclist being attended to by the police officers though (and hear an ambulance siren growing ever)

Hope the cyclist is okay.

i got knock off there last week by a prick in a merc who left turned without indicating. i was unhurt and his merc has a huge scratch down the side.

It looked quite serious, the cyclist was lying down on the pavement on the wrong side of the road with some very concerned coppers trying to stop the traffic.
