For Sale: Rims, hubs, brakes, stem

I've got the following up for sale that I no longer need:

• Avid Juicy 5 Hydraulic Front Disc Brake (2007 model). Lever, calliper, rotor and hoses all in good nic (road use only). The head of 1 torx bolt for the rotor is slightly rounded off (torque wrench slipped) but is still usuable. Cheap to get another anyway. £40.
  
• DMR Front Disc Hub. 32h. Includes quick release skewer. Very good condition. Again, road use only. £15.
  
• DMR Singlespeed disc rear hub. 32h. 135mm OLD. Includes bolts but can take a QR skewer I believe, although wouldn't recommend it for obvious reasons. Very good nic. Includes a Shimano 18t freewheel. 10mm axle (not the 14mm model). Road use only. Only 300-400 miles. £25.
  
• Bontrager Race Oversized Stem. 130mm, 7 degree rise. Very good nic. £8.
  
• 2 x Mavic CXP22 rims. Black. 32h. Minor signs of use, otherwise good nic (never used with rim brakes). £5 each.
  
• Campagnolo Mirage Linear Pull Canti brakes (front and rear). Black. Basically Campag v-brakes. Never used, just sat in box since I bought them last year. One of the brake shoes has minor scuff although you'd never see it because it'd be behind the fork. £20.
  
  
  

I've attached a pic of the campag brakes, because they're a bit unusual.

I'm back in London tomorrow and Saturday. I don't have my bike with me at the moment because it's in pieces so I'm limited as to how far I can travel. I live very near Charing Cross Hospital, so happy to meet outside there or at Hammersmith/Barons Court tube. Alternatively collection at lunch on Saturday from outside Science Museum.

I'm not sure to be honest. I don't have them with me in London and it'll be a while until I go back to my parents' house, about 9 weeks, where they might be.
