Stolen: Greenbadman's Whip

I can't believe that anyone would actually steal this bike but they did, it's VERY distinctive, its an 07 Langster rattle canned fluoro green (except for the rear stays) with risers and green grips and a 26" spinergy on the front

Stolen from outside the N1 centre in Angel about half hour ago, locked with an Abus D Lock, through front wheel and frame, left for 5 mins, lock was cut and bike was gone.

They know it's worth something...especially with a spinergy 650. For them that's worth stealing the bike alone.
There's tons of kid around there on amazing bikes.
There's a whole network of them riding round looking for a bike to steal or just parts.
And to saw through a d-lock in under 5 mins is a brave attempt.

Theres a £150 langster on gumtree - London fields.
Dodgy as fuck - no real photo, no size, no comments on maintenance / history.

Was it just by one of the N1 Centre entrances? That place is riddled with CCTV, maybe someone caught them in the act.

There is a gang of bike thieves in N1 area that nicked a firefighters cutting tool about a year ago. The place has been plagued with bike thefts ever since. However, they used to target bikes locked in quieter areas, so it may not be them...

... the cutting tool does go through most d locks in around 5-20 seconds though. Boooo.
