My brother also got a free ride in the red helicopter (to the Royal also) many many years ago, saved his life too.

Terrible. Two (very) small consolations, firstly the Royal London is a great place, very impressed with their care even if it does look like shite, secondly, the forum isn't a bike ride but its a decent second best.

so i got knocked off by a recycle truck on leyton high road that then drove over me, broken ankles, pelvis etc. gonna be in royal london for at least 3 months and when i get out im going to do some fundraising for the air ambulance. those guys are lifesavers.
