New Bike Built at Last

  • So happy!

Few of you may know my last bike went away, so had to get together a new build. Some great deals from both members here and my LBS saw me on the way to getting this together:

    Spec:

BSA frameset - superprecise's old one
One one track hubs to CPX22
    Stronglight/DuraAce/SRAM drive train
    Canecreek levers
    Nitto bullhorns
    Cinelli stem

Think thats about it. Anyway, id like to say a big thanks to all who helped me out with this, with either the odd part or just some sound advice - a lot of which picked up from browsing around here.

  • nice clean look

  • Nice, but a bit camouflaged against the black/white/chrome oven.

    "Ahhh, it's a sailboat!"

  • Cheers guys. Jol - yeah, only place I could get enough light to get a half decent shot!

  • nice looking ride james.

  • old school touring geometry, it will be uber comfy to ride.

  • its cool you're happy with it....im happy you're happy and i'm sure deep down in her cold lifeless heart Alice Fisher is happy to.

  • It would take a lot to warm up the heart of Alice Fisher of the Observer, that is a sweet ride though so maybe...

  • a ha looks awesome, very clean! nice one. my cockles are warmed through.

  • Nice. Did you clean your kitchen especially for us?

  • Superprecise a ha looks awesome, very clean! nice one. my cockles are warmed through.

Yeah man was hoping you'd see it in its new life. The old style geo is really stable feeling, feels spaced out compared to my old bike but the fender compatability will pay off here in wales!

And the kitchen really isnt clean! Although quite good for a student house.

  • Better photo this time I think, although the flash made some bits hard to see this time.

  • Looks good! Geometry looks well relaxed, be a nice ride I bet,
