Thinking i may have to get these hubs and a FBM frame,
Add on an elementary stem and some wombolts and it starts to match my bmx

my dave yates is a mystery colour, that nothing seems to match and you can't even get a photograph of it that shows the proper colour.

i have profile mtb hubs on my ss and have handled plenty of the bmx hubs. they are well made but not as well finished as king or phil hubs

i find this an odd statement, if you covered the hubs in tape and did a back to back test ride up against some other hubs of similar flange height i guarantee you will not be able to tell the difference between them.
the main difference is they possibly make a hipsters knee twitch a bit more if they catch a glimpse of one.
