i love my bareknuckle.
thanks RPM!!

Geometry's a little different, too, if I remember correctly - the Brass is a lot more 'compact' (a la Langster), whereas the Bare is more track-esque.
-
• #4
brassknuckle looks like a bad version of a langster
bareknuckles are wicked.
-
• #5
brass is compact and has a nasty fork, think is thought as old boots though,
bare is just NNNNiiicceeeee

3 times too late
-

yeah ..they are so so fun if you are feeling energetic.
if you are tired, they're a bit uncomfortable. like all track frames innit.
..and that concludes today's lesson on bareknuckles.

my bareknuckle is resting whilst I ride the mercian
the mercian accelerates just as fast as the bareknuckle
if not faster
I think that has alot to do with it being lighter
and over distance it is miles more comfortable than the bareknuckle
but the mercian feels as if it is tram-lining compared to the bareknuckle
I kinda miss that 'bareknuckle twitchiness'
I am going to rebuild the knuckle for the winter

slack chain on the bare.

you win the £5!

oooooooooooo that mercian always makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside when i see it. then rather preposterously and uncontrollably jealous.
-
• #12
chris crash slack chain on the bare.
That was my FIRST ride out
the chain went slack after I huffed and puffed up the bloody great hill at St Cloud ...!!!
-
• #13
excuses excuses
don't you know to take pictures of your bike before you ride it?
-
• #14
well actually it is only since I have owned the bareknuckle did I realize that the point of building them wasn't to ride them
but to take fancy photos to impress one internet friends in LA
incidently you got any photos yet of your new blue
p.s sorry about the mud on the bareknuckle I didn't really realize that you are not supposed to 'off-road' track frames niether ;) -
