what grease do people use? should i be loading up a headset for instance with a specific kind of grease?

I use this so I can take stuff apart again.

i meant for bearings in unsealed BBs, headsets and the like. i use a very basic multipurpose grease comprehensively for threads but was wondering if something less viscous would be better in bearings?

i use finish-line lubricant.

lithium grease is pretty much standard for bearings, most places seem to use it for assembly too.
haven't tried the finish line grease, but it looks alreet.
just ask the bike shop when you buy it.
