Beautiful bikes and pretty high up the njs tree. The stem on the top one pisses me off - deep drop stem at maximum extension. Argh!

My mate has one of these, but then he lives in japan. I have no idea how much he paid for it though...

Is that tied in place with a really long bungey?
Bungy? Bunjy? Bundgey? Budgie? Buggy? Bogie?

chris crash dont you have to be a kerin racer to get them new? or is that 3resheno?
Most NJS frames are sold used, as the Keirin riders themselves take the majority of new ones - there's only so many handmade frames a company can make in a year - although most companies are happy to take orders, the waiting list tends to be pretty long.
As for 3Rensho - you'll only ever see them used, as Yoshi Konno (their sole framebuilder) was, sadly, paralyzed in a car crash a while back.
(EDIT: I think that Masahiko Makino - as in Makino bikes - was Konno's apprentice)

That fork definitely isn't. Look for an NJS stamp on the frame, possibly on the bottom bracket shell.
-
• #21
yes its not. I bought all the parts separately. The frame is NJS indeed :D

My fork is just Tange. i will try to find a better fork that has maximum clearance for this tyre.
