Hi Cajeta
I was bidding on this ancient Halfords saddle, once it went over 10 quid I wasn't gonna get into a bid off though (the bike its for cost £30)...
So... if you still want to get rid of your 'pillow' job I'd happily take it off your hands. No rush though, find your replacement first and get back to me.
Thanks!

i don't quite know what you want, all i know is somewhere there is a crap womens seat, are you after something with classic style, cos i don't have that
I bought a nice old wreck on behalf of friend, a 1940s or 50s tourer, nothing special, almost ridable, at the weekend. Came with 18t free and 18t fixed on a nice old english hub, too! Might teach her ride it fixed... The bummer ;) is its got a nice-ish italian soft leather-topped racing saddle, from maybe 60s or 70s, on it, but I know she's gonna hate it. Anybody got a short saddle they can donate/swap/sell? I'm tempted to say mattress type as its got town-bike bars and she's never gonna tuck on it. It really doesn't need to be a good one...
Ta for any help. Next stop BLB's bicycle graveyard if no-ones got one.
