• I'm sure everyone here already knows about Vivalo losing their NJS status last year due to two frame failures during races video. Well Kusaka San is set to come back with a young Keirin frame builder under the new factory name of OCEAN, according to one of the blog sites they will be applying for NJS certification in 3 years time.

    The NJS parts guy has got one on order, according to the "additional info" on one of his Velospace bikes. I thought that they'd been discussed before, as one of their first frames looks to be a bar-spin friendly "urban fixed" kinda bike?
