http://ocf-blog.blogspot.com/The NJS parts guy has got one on order, according to the "additional info" on one of his Velospace bikes. I thought that they'd been discussed before, as one of their first frames looks to be a bar-spin friendly "urban fixed" kinda bike?
I'm sure everyone here already knows about Vivalo losing their NJS status last year due to two frame failures during races video. Well Kusaka San is set to come back with a young Keirin frame builder under the new factory name of OCEAN, according to one of the blog sites they will be applying for NJS certification in 3 years time.
