Anyone fitted a cross lever to an o/s Deda track bar?

I'm taking a sabbatical from grimpeuring, and want to ride my hillclimb bike at Herne Hill on Saturdays this year.

Need something a bit narrower and deeper up front, so considering the Deda Elementi Pista bar - is there a hinged clamp lever that will fit?

the cane creek are pretty much the same but more expensive..

but a set of tektros, or the spesh ones in 31.8 fit one and sell the other.

I have a smaller clamp Tektro fitted on some OS ITM drops.
It fits with a little persuasion, but it isn't ideal.

the smaller tektro/cane creeks fit OS bars but right where your hands sit so not much use.
the OS ones are readily available, i think allterraincycles do them cheap.
salsa also do a drilled alloy crosstop

I got the Soma ones (identical to Cane Creek, Tektro,Salsa) from eBay for thirteen notes.

The forward curve of the Pista bar and the generous length of the cross lever may not be a great mix, however.
