I got a bit of a cold sweat on towards THE END!!!!

The server failed to restart DNS last night after an automated update. So it was up, but inaccessible.

I've just got back from my hols and restarted the server once my girl noticed it was down.

my god.... what if you had been away for a week, or two even... no, no, it doesn't bear thinking about!!!!!!!!

we should have these unannounced outages regularly..

Quite a few of you guys have my mobile number. If the site is ever down, just TXT me. I can connect to the server from my mobile and fix whatever is wrong so long as I have a mobile signal and a few minutes.
