I thought it was a right... commuter trains not so? Bad Luck aidan. You only ever get a puncture if you don't have a spare or patches, like clockwork.

Oh, don't get me started!
- Place order for bike bits, as soon as payment taken, get email saying bits out of stock.
- Someone else's mistake cocked stuff up over Christams at work. Guess who has to work out what's gone wrong?
- Grit in my headset.
- Been swizzed by ebay seller or postie (not sure which, it's hard to tell) - again.
- Trying to save money by making my own crap sarnies for lunch :(
- Trying to do without coffee until Saturday... just can't seem to stay awake at my desk.
- We're not going to get any snow in Liverpool. Boo-hoo!
Arse.

.
it's worth the effort. try and keep going.
after a week you won't need it anymore, and you might be able to get through the day on a more even keel
one of the better things I have done is give up coffee (well, the two massive cups first thing and then all day) I still have the occasional decent one

I keep telling myself it'll do me some good (like, sleep may even be a possibility), but I have to work with an evil b*stard who wafts the coffee pot around behind me where I can't see, or puts down his mug heavily and lets out a satisfied "Ahhhhhh".
If I can only make it past the bags-of-hammers-in-my-head stage, there may be some hope.
It doesn't help when I know I have a choice between Columbian, Guatemalan, Costa-Rican, or.... Decaff :( -

Why give up completely? Everything in moderation I say. (I never got past the headache stage).
