Bike films night at Rampart

Hullo chaps and gals.

I trust your'e all well. I'm just about recovered from the worst food poisoning episode I can remember. I got it Monday at the end of our Oxford Cycle Workshop staff trip to Afan Forest Wales. Perhaps the fact my rock shox broke and the hammering i got as a result caused the puke or maybe generally getting drenched or perhaps its a reaction to using gears again after so long (even tho my DMR Switchback only has 9 speeds). Anyway, feelin a bit better so I'm gonna come t London tomorrow and stay till I get some polo action in.

and then I might go to spend my hard earned dorra at the Howies sample sale on Brick Lane http://www.howies.co.uk

SUNDAY:

Polo i suppose .... yawn!

and so hopefully I'll see some of you, if not at polo then some other spot or simply whilst inhaling some exhaust and beating traffic 'on de road' as they say.

I'm supposed to be going to see Jason Molina at the Luminaire with a mate and as much as I love losing on the rollers....

oh gosh I'm torn now. She's probs already got me a ticket!

Oh...h'actually I expect I'll make it for midnight after the show and egg on the finalists since it goes till 2, YAY.

The sun has his hat on. And I feel uber better...thats the good thing about sickyness...you feel tops as you recover. Bike riding is called for. I should get out of this historic dump asap.
