I find it hilarious that people think that a high postcount guarantees legitimacy.
I don't use this forum a lot. So fucking what.
I could have 24,000 posts on here and still rip you off, with you having no way of getting your money back.
I am being very open by offering to supply my home address, work address, home and work telephone numbers, and only asking for cheque payment (by which you could easily get your money back if something went wrong) so what's your problem dogsballs?

you're the one with the problem by the sounds of it. i was merely pointing out the facts.

MessenJah fuck off.
hahaha
MessenJah I find it hilarious that people think that a high postcount guarantees legitimacy.
But it's still fair to say though, that a low post count does usually guarantee illegitimacy. If you said meet in person it'd have been more convincing.
Anyway I'm going to go and speak to Mr Arrospok to find out when he reckons my arrospok will arrive...

So you didn't read the bit where I said I would supply both my work and home addresses and phone numbers either?
Not much chance of meeting in person unless you want to take the day off work and make a trip up to birmingham.

How do we know they are genuine addresses though...? Do you not see where I'm coming from?

eeehhhh How do we know they are genuine addresses though...? Do you not see where I'm coming from?
Well, you see, if you use your brain and do a bit of research on the telephone or internet you could easily find out that the company I work for actually exists and has done for many years, and that I have worked for them for 13 months. So no, I don't see where you're coming from.As for my home address, I don't know how you would check that out, but I'm sure that if you read it out to one of the directors of my company they would confirm it.
Shit, if people are really that paranoid I could even post a photocopy of my work ID card, payslip, my electricity bill, passport, driving license and council tax... But to be honest I'm not that desperate to get rid of this hub (or make myself that vulnerable by providing so much personal info to random strangers).
Do you buy things from eBay? How do you know their addresses are genuine? I know of lots of people who have been ripped off by seemingly genuine eBayers with plenty of real feedback and years of membership, and there is no real way of tracking them down.
If I had 2,500 posts would you still be asking the same questions? Would that automatically make you regard me as a genuine seller in your mind?

MessenJah fuck off.
Like your attitude dude. I agree with you that there's no way to guarantee truthfulness on here or ebay and you just have to trust people. I think there's a bit of paranoia here cos there have been a few people on recently offering arrospoks from Eastern Europe and Panasonic frames from Japan that seemed pretty dodgy. I kinda doubt that anyone up for a scam would start with a single formula hub - risk to reward ratio isn't quite right.
**Unused **black 32H high flange Formula sealed cartridge bearing flip flop rear hub with 10mm axle and 120mm spacing (adaptable to 130mm) for sale. gasps for breath Gimme an offer I cannot refuse, plus £5 postage.
same as the above but black.
Perfect for your 120mm spaced track bike or your 130mm spaced road bike conversion.
If you want to buy, whisper me with a price and I'll send you my name and the address/phone number of the company that I work for and my home address/phone no. (just so you know I ain't scamming you). Send a cheque to me via that address and once cleared the hub is yours.
Thanks
