should've kept it, zen is more expensive than a 75 ;) , unless it was a messenger zen. -

Dredge alert! I just wanted to say a big 'thanks' to Will at Hub Jub. I recently ordered an ENO hub and cog, he forgot to remind me to bung a few extra quid onto the order for a lock-ring so sent me one free of charge with the rest of the parts.
How's that for pretty bloody amazing customer service?!

Never had any problems before, but this time one of the parts shipped does not match what was ordered/on the invoice. Sent a email and got no response, weird as in the past he's been quick to reply. I have an address, but no contact number. Anyone?
