Two bikes - one person

Can anyone recommend a good way for me to get my fix and my girlfriends shopper bike from New Cross to Holland park tonight please?

The shopper weighs nearly double my fix....

get her to ride her bike?

Put stabilisers on it and tow it back.
I reckon it's either that or 'strap it on'.
I have done the whoel riding two bikes thing for short trips, but that is a long one...

Yup - it's too long for me to ride to different sized bikes, one of which weighs a ton. Don't know where I can get stabilisers from now, but good idea, I'll remember that.

You're right dt, I'll get her to ride it.

strap the wheels to the fount of the handle bars, may need lots of straps, fame strapped to bag on back, take it easy and revel in the pain knowing that you are hardcore.

Ahhh, I might just have a bag big enough to put all the fix bits in. We shall see....

thats some distance, i rode from se1 to n1 a few years ago on one bike and had my lighter fixed over my shoulder stuck my jacket under for padding but still very uncomfortable and i wouldnt do it in the dark. get a train or taxi.

Stick the shopper in a mini-cab, I have done this a few times with much bigger bikes.

i saw somebody riding a brand new apollo rampage carrying a............. brand new apollo rampage. it is possible.

i just looked out the window one day (sober) and this guy just cruised by with the bike over his shoulder, both bikes were brand new, i guess halfords had a buy one get one free offer.

carried frames no prblems on my backpack, but a whole shopper? rent a dwarf for an hr to ride with u :p

Put your bike in the shoppers basket...thats what they are for. On a slightly different note how many of you who ried fixed have female interest that ride shoppers.
