BMMF, chatting to a friend on weekend, he came 3rd at both catford and the other one last year. think he only did the 2nd one this year and came well inside top ten. challenge for u, his record on road bike is 1.54 up swains lane from bus shelter to bollards ;)

but note flickwg is about 10000ft tall and will just reach over his handlebars from the bottom of the hill, grab the bollards at the top, and haul is way up in a oner

rasmussen was pretty good, soler looks quite tall too, but yeah, in general leave those hills to the diminutive ones

Who's that then - Ben P? He's a fast 1st/elite rider, init. Different league to non-licenced 4th cats like me who don't race ;(
Wouldn't mind doing some paired training with him next autumn though, if I do my annual hillclimbing weekend...

yep, poochee. yeah, very good mate from running, well b4 he fooked his foot, then he switched to riding. he's going for an op this week (basically cut his heel bone in half and recontructing the ligaments to support his foot), in an effort to run again.
