Was good fun last time... only way it would have been better was a better sound system and a big band or at least djs playing that kinda music as opposed to whatever it was.

Ahhhhh............coaching, my specialist subject. My coaching advice helped Jos to win the open Dutch courier champs ealier this year.
Here are a few pointers (if you are really lucky Winston will add his two penneth worth)
In order to win you need to post a quicker time than everyone else and in order to do that you must cycle faster than everyone else. This means you must move your legs very quickly (so that they look like a blur in the inevitable photo's that will be taken).
Would you like some dietry advice?

The full training manual and top tips(seriously) will be released just before the LFGSS / Rollapaluza race on this site....feel free to completey disregard it as plenty of people do!
but the Rapha roller race is a good opportunity to get a practice in.....if you make it into the knockout rounds and join Caspar and I in the boxing ring, be sure to identify yourselves as forum users and we'll give you the top tips.....live....no-one need ever know, for your ears only etc...
