It's a Beautiful day!!

Well after being in the wars the last couple of weeks and generally feeling shit, i wake up to a lovely day. Gotta love this autumn weather, and nice cruisy rides into work. Made all the better buy trading some old wheels for some really nice campy triomphe cranks (thanks unexetas, those bolts came out pretty easy and have polished up a treat!). Then this morning scored a nice 60-70's blue/purple Raleigh for free after the people next door were going to throw it out. So going to fix that up, not a lot to do, and ebay it. i think my current total of 6 is a bit much :D

I love the smell of colder air mixed with a hazy kinda sky. It almost looks grey because its so nice. The clear sky really cheers me up too.

It is indeed a beautiful day...and the first on my new fixed today....finally back on the road. Had a lovely ride in...taking it easy though.

Bono is kinda cool though. Years ago their music was cool and they looked cool and they had cool names like 'The Edge' and 'Bono'.

In fairness, now they're multi-millionaires, that kinda makes anyone cool.

day got even better, got my bottechia frame deliverd, woot! it has had a recent respray, the cinelli crowns/lugwork are beautiful, and the campy BB/headset are brand spankers and smooth as a babies bum! did i say i got it for £165 and it is in colombus slx tubing :P
