edmundane if no one's taking the front wheel i'm interested.
at this point i'd only sell as a pair I'm afraid, they're such a nice wheelset would seem a shame to spilt.
anybody for the pair?

edmundane only wish it's a fixed hub instead of ss...
yeh it's a real pain, I bought them 18 months ago, under the pretence they were 'track' wheels, my limited knowledge at the time and not fitting them for a while meant it was too late by the time i realised :ยง
I had the front rim swapped for the cxp 33 and ran a loctite/suicide hub without any problems for 6 months, I'm just not keen to encourage others to run them like that.
they'd make a sweet set of SS for someone though.

How much are you looking at for the wheels? My flatmate's looking for a single speed set...

ok folks,
got the following forsale/trade...
SS Wheels,
vintage large flange Campag hubs, 28 hole, good condition complete with little oil hole collars.
both smooth and true.
front: 3cross laced to CXP33, allen key skewer inc. rim only a couple of months light use
Rear: 120mm, single sided freewheel threaded, 2 cross on a no-name track rim, no proper braking surface. bolt-on axle no track-nuts.
other random bits that maybe of use to someone:
a couple of saddles
cheapo front caliper
quite scratched alloy drops 26.0 clamp i think?
50t 130BCD 1/8th TA chainring, unused

I'm after:
decent 19t 1/8 sprocket
new 1" threaded headset
27.2 miche supertype in silver (i know someone else on here was after one too, I've been looking for ages, and missed one roberto had on ebay a while ago, but thought i'd ask anyway)
SKS raceguards
quality chainwhip (just managed to bend mine)
