Getting info on a frame

Am I wasting my time taking a Condor frame down to Condor and asking if they know anything about it - age? tubing?

Just got a new one but the person I got it from didn't know much about it and hasn't got any info stickers on it.

Think they would be able to tell me anything about it or not?

If you have the serial number that is under the bottom bracket they may well be able to look it up.

I don't think it will be the kind of information that they just have available behind the counter though, so it's best to call them in advance and find out the best way to go about things.

I'm building a road bike with a Condor Frame I got off ebay a while back, and I just rocked up with it one day. A chap in there told me pretty much every measurement and bit of info I needed just from glancing at the thing, even down to the year it was made.
