I've got a 51cm reynolds 531 dawes frame - no decals, and a bit battered.... I've been wanting to get rid of it for ages - it has a battered quill stem that will need removing before you can replace the forks - the forks that are on are for 27x1/4 wheels - it has a new BB and Sugino cranks and ring all in good condition.... let me know - my email is in my profile

dupcie, I tried to email pics to you, but it's just sending them back saying your email doesn't exist - send me an email or reply here and we can sort something out.

Saw this 49cm frame on ebay, not 531, but does look quite decent. An alternative to Jon's Dawes. Hope that helps.
It's got some decent stuff on it too, if you're not keeping those campag levers I'm sure they'll fetch you some money on the bay after taking them off.I would have placed a bid on it if I have the money and if it's not too small for me.

check sheldon brown for viscount referenceI set my PB for the 10 on a Viscount Aerospace. And I won a shield of some sort, but it was many, many moons ago.
My first racer was a Viscount (Colorado GT, 10 speed Simplex, black frame with half chrome fork and chrome decals).
The "deathfork" reputation pretty much sealed Viscount's fate, sadly...
I think they were still building bikes in Potter's Bar long after every other fecker had gone East.
Hi folks - still hoping to start building my first fixie before the winter hits, so this is my second shout-out to the good people of londonfgss: Am looking for a small frame, pref Reynolds 531 tubing, 49-52cm max. Live in a dodgy area so would definitely prefer something tatty/unattractive to the average thief in search of 'name brand' bikes.
Anybody have one they want to get rid of? Let me know, cheers!
