Hmmm... think I'm working. What time?
-

Yeah, what time?
I desperately need to get out on the bike, but have to take the baby to a surrealist art event at the Barbican where a gourmet chef prepares posh baby food on a first-come-first-served basis - from midday.
Just your average Saturday.

depends what time...
but sounds good to me. will you be riding fixed?
-
• #5
Was thinking early, like 9am.
And yes, fixed! -

9am @ Regents Park suits me. I'd have to be back around Old Street by 11ish, so couldn't do The Flask this time. 46x17.

No worries. Well I'll be heading down to Gloucester Gate for 9am. If anyone else fancies it, see ya there - if not, I could do with the hills anyway!

Depends on hangover level and girlfriend warmth level in the morning.
I'd like to do this route on an afternoon some time if you feel like doing it again?
I keep hearing about these hills but never venture there. -
• #9
Good stuff, enjoyed that - will definitely do it again! Tip: if you want good hill training, try and keep up with BringMeMyFix. Thought I might have a heart attack at one point!

I'm training to be a speech and language therapist, so if you have some kind of stroke half way up a climb, I can try to help you with communicative rehabilitation ;-)

hippy I talk 'strayan maate, can ya 'elp ME?
Don't worry about using a question mark - the English just assume everything you say is a question anyway, init .

So that's 'three D' effects then?

'3D' is a paranoid but ineffectual bike locking strategy.
Anyone up for a bit of a hilly spin round North London on Saturday?
Something like this, or possibly longer?

Go on, it'll do you good!
