right i need to change out the BB i fucked up playing polo last week, any one want to help get the stuck lock rings off? im some where in E8 and i will be around all day.

sounds good, ive got some tools (lock ring spanner, pin spanner, cartrige puller) and im free most of the day, would like to get it done intime for CM tonight...

my problem is that the old bb is stuck in... and i dont have a hammer.
