Foreign eBay doesn't work as well as eBay UK - specially in France. First, they doesn't speak english - or even try - second mostly of them doesn't know how to use Paypal (or even Internet)... even eBay US cold be a pain sometimes cos americas doesn't know how to send stuff overseas!

Suggest if you buying from eBay France (or any other country) always go for the sellers who accept Paypal (Paypal/eBay have a buyer protection program, which is (very) slow but kind of works...)

French is Pignion Fixe because when I did PBP these old French men would come up saying "sacre blu, sur pignon fixe" "you crazy eeenglisshh"
