BB / Crank / Back Hub - Yeh the holy trinity!

I have just bought a beautiful Basso frame off e bay and it's going to be my fixie special ride! (like i haven't already go 4 already!!)
But still not sure about the procedure of which to buy first and what criteria I need to work out to get perfect chain alignement: 70mm BB italian, What width spindle and type (square or splined) and what hub (130mm between back forks)
Do I just gor for a full single speed set up, etc etc?
What more information do I need!?

goldtec do 130mm spaced hubs as do phil wood and possibly level? and maybe gromada don't know of any cheap ones?

I am in the same situation, what goes on first ? I think wheel should be fitted as the rear cog will only go where it is put, not quiite as easy to change position with the rear cog , then the bottom bracket / bottom bracket axle length can be changed to get the chain line right
If it is a steel frame I was told yesterday things can be bent quite easily in the rear triangle to accomodate a smaller / longer axle. See the bottom of this thread

IRO (Formula) do a 130mm hub too. So there are cheap ones out there.

Sorry, yes fixed, you can see i am new to be specific

So what i am hearing is: The back hub width is set because of the frame size, and so has to be bought first, this then governs the chain line. Then the BB axel width will be set because of the back hub, then, any old cranks?
Would this be a true statement?

Thats the way I am approaching things. Axel and crank combo will obviously have an affect on the distance from frame / bottom bracket. Depending on fit and how the crank goes onto the axel
