All those silly people RUNNING don't they know about bikes ? !
Oh and congrats to your flatmate by they way. I saw some great scenes out there yesterday, down in Docklands people handing out jelly beans to the runners and cheering them by name having seen them printed on the front of the shirts it really brought smiles to the runners faces.
Great day out. Good old London we know how to put on a great event. Good old Londoners for getting out there and supporting something really worthwhile. -

Where in Docklands were you? As we were on the Highway handing out Jelly Babies to all the runners. Once my mate ran past we all headed to the Prospect of Whitby and awaited his arrival.
London Marathon today I might head out there and ride the course or as close to it as possible. Show those people running how quickly it can be done Anybody up for a meeting somewhere on the course for a beer or two ?
