It's different - and you only need one.
provenrad I think the question you need to ask is 'Do I really need a Phil BB?' ;-)
Does the pope shit in the woods? Everybody needs a Phil BB! It doesn't need to be new though - they come up from time to time on t'Bay.

Hi Everyone,
I need to pull out my Phil Wood bottom bracket to Framesaver my frame. Does anyone have one, or preferrably two, Phil Wood bottom bracket tools I could borrow for a day or two?
Given I'll need to remove, Framesaver and reinstall, it's not overly convenient for me to cart it down to the shop.
Thanks,
Eli -

Why not buy the tool? You'll only need it again sometime.

True. I already have 3 bottom bracket tools, but you're right, I'll want it in a year's time.

I'm SW1(P to be precise) so if you wanna collect it during lunch or after work, PM me. I've got two.
LPG - you only need one, right?
Sharkstar - if you think you can do it with one you can borrow the other one...
Hi all,
I was just wondering, if someone has these special proprietary tools, i could really do with straightening my chainline, so can i borrow em?
It's just i'm a little skint...
Merci.
