I assume that David was talking about cases in which copyright, a legal category, exists. Where there's no copyright, there would be no case (unless there are other categories this could fall under)? As Microco.sm grows, presumably it will have to hire/instruct (a) lawyer(s), anyway, from a certain size onwards.
