She would have had priority over the car, it doesn't mean she was sensible in running out from behind a bus and into the path of a moving car, it doesn't mean the car driver was at fault, although they could have maybe considered that passengers might try to cross the road and slow down. It does mean you still don't quite understand the concept of "right of way" or priority as it should be called.
Also, Festerban, it might be an idea to let people know the video has someone getting hit by a car in it, there are no clues in the title of it for those who don't read whatever language it's in, and it's not particularly nice to watch.
