have a feeling the commuto x frame is slightly out of alignment after the rear mech and wheel had an argument with a stick, throwing the mech into the wheel and snapping the aluminium hanger. new hanger has been fitted, limit stops set correctly and the shifting across the cassette is erratic.

where should i go to get the alignment checked and corrected if needed?

Did you replace the cable?
