This happened -
4 miles from home = walk
I can't find much evidence of Brooks rail fail but its happened to me** twice** (different saddle).
I am not heavy but I remember a worrying creak after an unavoidable pothole a few days before the break.
I can't think what ,if anything , I'm doing wrong ...
Its been on the bike for about 3 years (?) averaging 100 miles a week commuting.
