Jeez you have just lumped all dog owners in one group. Like someone lumping cyclists in one group. Do me a little favour and presume that there are good and bad dog owners, and we are not all alike.
It isn't black and white, many dog owners have we'll behaved dogs, and many non dog owners love dogs.
You and many others will hate badly trained badly kept and anti social dogs, but really they are a minority.
