Chain suck - brand new Ultegra 6800

Just built up new road bike- Swift Ultravox with Ultegra 6800, yet im getting some crazy chain suck, so much so that the thing is unridable.

Is there something simple i have forgotten to do? (its my first road bike build)

New chain? Is it a one directional one? Is it happening when changing gear or all the time?

Try a bit of light lube on the chain maybe, if it's been standing a while the stock lube can get a bit thick i've found

i had this with a fsa triple and the chain dropping in between the rings, it was faulty machining.

The chain is new, and apparently mulch-directional for the 11 speed. Will post picks tonight.

turns out the shimano power link (or whatever is it called) was bent. Not sure how i managed that, but all working ok now. Thanks guys
