I made the assumption (Apologies) based on you saying no one can stop in 1m. You can, if you weren't doing 20mph.
I did so from witnessing too many people bombing it down the likes of Oxford street brakeless with little awareness that it's not exactly the place to do 20mph then flying off the handle when shit goes down.
I guess my misplaced annoyance is with people that mash it in areas they really shouldn't.
