HELP FIND THIS GUY

So my friend spotted this courier, had a chat with him and we now try get in touch with him. We have good news and stuff!

ok, the guy's like 1.80cm, blonde hair always styled in a ballerina bun, always wearing shorts and green socks, well-spoken, nice guy, lives in souf london, bike is a ratty affinity lo pro

His name's Hugh, lives in Streatham. Used to have a spok on it. Pretty chill guy, cooler than Moe Dee. Haven't seen him in ages though.
