^ just to clarify this was made for the Korean keirin track racing circuit and not Japan
^^ as for the price, I think its a bargain and has been dropped a fair amount from when I originally posted it, its a great frame and would make a lovely build for someone, but ultimately the market dictates what it is worth (maybe spring is a better time to sell?), that said im not prepared to sell for chips....as for the previous thread, I was mostly answering questions other members had raised and adding more info but that was seen as bumping, something which does seem to happen in many other sales threads
