I'm now checking that thread.
I should mention I got a pinhead axle for the front and back
Chain and d lock adds variety I suppose

forget the chain.
Chains are extremely heavy and easily cut. On a skinny framed road bike a mini-d lock easily gets round a wheel, some frame and a bike stand. Two mini D's will be as good as you need to go.
If you care about your bike you should never leave it anywhere for too long. The BEST locks, even the NY Fahgettaboutit can be cut easily with the right equipment. Leaving it anywhere for long temps the pro thieves to come and give it a go, they may just cut the bike stand. They can steal your parts easily too.
So two Mini-D's is what I suggest. Anything more is just unnecessary weight.

I have an abus mini u lock, you can pick on up for £25 new if you look around (not £70 as some shops are charging)

A chain and a D-lock offer variety, but to me a lock only buys you time, all locks can be cut eventually.

I use a Kryptonite Fahgettaboudit for frame + back wheel and a Evo Mini for the front when I have my nice bike out. If you can be arsed walking 100m up or down a street you'll eventually find something you can lock to

Such relevance, many seo
I've seen the Thread 'How to lock your bike'. I got from that what I could.
Lot's of variations on how.
But more specifically what combination of locks do I buy?
What do you recommend?
Two locks is the way to go obviously..
I'm getting Kryptonite New York Fahgettaboudit is a pretty big deal.
The temptation is to go all out and get:
Kryptonite New York Fahgettaboudit Chain (3 ft 3 in / 100 cm) with NY Disc Lock
But that's will be heavy.
This is my new bike for reference. Probably not needed.
I was smiling in all the other pictures, this is the one blb chose :-)
