To answer to Erick, the lever is use to put the dynamo in functioning when I drive. The dynamo is under the bottom brackets.
It's the storm at the moment, but as soon as the weather is better I make photos with details which you can see here:

That is pretty awesome, is there's any reason why you went for a bottle dynamo instead of a hubs on a new frame?

It's not a new frame =)
I bought the frame in France to a bicycle shop, a great opportunity. The paint had been redone (531 reemaillage) but without the sticker. I was sure that it was a Gilles Berthoud. I phoned him, he asked me photos and he said " yes I have make the frame, I give you new stickers "!
I chose some old bike parts in good condition (wheels, front and rear derailleur, pedal). Then, I chose new parts for seat post, stem, handlebars, bell. I think it's why you said it's a new frame.

Also Gilles Berthoud as far as I know still make frames, which is why I thought it's a modern one.

I was right. Awesome.
