You forgot to include the spacer which goes between the cap and the stem, to allow the steerer to go clear through the steerer clamp of the stem - this is now recommended by most carbon fork makers. A 3mm Chris King spacer is 2.5g
Mine are 6.8g including 3mm of spacing :-)
