None of your slow-coffee stuff comes anywhere near a real espresso machine like this one...

^You are no doubt correct good sir!
More a case of empty bank accounts, than too many coffee making apparatus. Is there such a thing? Wants and needs and all that...

Lovely looking machine and great for that price.
My Iberital MC2 grinder has never let me down; worm drive burrs so infinitely adjustable.

I did, and sorry for the delayed responses to you & Amey.
although he wasn't up to speed with the old dibbing and pm-ing mechanism, mr couchman was first in with a clear intention to buy and pm-ed me early hours yesterday morning. He came to collect this last night, so this has now gone to a good home. Donation to the forum incoming.
Oh and thanks for everyone's interest. If anyone's up for buying a beater of a bike instead, my thread for a Ridgeback Storm is still alive. (warning - this thread contains less chrome)

Love these...I've got an old (pre-millenium) one that I'm about to rebuild. The base is almost rusted through so I'm looking for a replacement if anyone knows where I can get one for sensible monies??
Pics to come of the service/rebuild when i get the parts and the time to be without it!
This a lovely looking bit of kit, if I didn't already have a several new-school hipster coffee making devices I'd throw some money at you. GLWS
