What I like most is the fact that all of us, including Rebecca, are cyclists - so we tend to have similar weaknesses, problem areas or strengths. Also, being able to rock up in our cycling gear, dump our bikes safely inside, strip off a few layers (or do the class in bibs should you wish to) and not feel pressured to dress or look a certain way, is deeply refreshing.
