I don't have anything to measure exact weights but here are some claimed weights:
7800 Rear Hub - 264g
Rear Skewer - 64g
7800 Front Hub - 129g
Front Skewer - 59g
Open Pros - 435g each
I don't know what kind of spokes and nipples were used by the builder so I'm afraid I don't have that info.
I hope this helps somewhat, or at least gives some indication of overall weight.
