I went there yesterday for the first time, it is a nice shop and the staff wasn't as bad as I was expecting so that's a bonus.

I picked up bits on sale - great prices.

By contrast i had an absolute 'mare with my last PX/On-One order getting delivered. You could argue that was down to the delivery company but I guess it's all part of the service, right?

Trust me, on-one know they're shit. They use them because they're the cheapest. Emails fall on deaf ears when it's all about profit.

Can I return something in store that I've bought online on sale?

Went there today and bought a wide open frame. Nice shop, helpful staff, lots of bargains to be had in the sale.
